These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Asia Partners IFBD Corporation Limted. By purchasing tickets or visiting the exhibition, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Entry Requirements

Visitors must present a valid ticket confirmation at the entrance, either as an e-ticket on a mobile device or a printed A4-sized copy. The QR code must be clear and scannable; altered or defaced tickets will be rendered void.

To ensure security and validity, you may be required to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.

Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only on the date specified. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the visit.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the museum may implement entry delays if maximum capacity is reached. Entry remains subject to availability and the final discretion of museum management.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be rescheduled except under the specific weather conditions outlined below.

3. Weather Arrangements

In the event of inclement weather, including Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning:

• The FIFA Museum Hong Kong may be closed. Please monitor official social media channels for real-time updates.
• If your visit is cancelled due to these conditions, admission may be rescheduled to the next available date once the signals are lowered.

4. Liability & Conduct

FIFA Museum Hong Kong is not liable for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Theft, vandalism, or any form of damage to museum property is strictly prohibited.

Individuals responsible for damage will be held financially liable for the full market value of the items, based on the museum's appraisal. The museum reserves the right to pursue legal action, including criminal prosecution and civil claims. In all disputes, the museum’s decision is final.
